— The unit has one smooth cooking surface (15 mm thickness) with 1 heating zone 350×570 mm powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements
— A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters
— 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes
— The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel
— The fry top comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet
