Apach Cook Line APTE-77PR griddle is used in catering establishments for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and more directly on the heating surface.

Features:
— The unit has one ribbed cooking surface 650×570 mm (15 mm thickness) with 2 independent heating zones powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements
— A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters
— 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes
— The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel
— The fry top comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet
