The product processed by the meat tenderizer acquires a loose consistency, which helps accelerate the process of cooking meat dishes: steaks, schnitzels, entrecotes, etc. Meat becomes soft and juicy, and the prepared dishes are especially tasty.

The body of the meat tenderizer is made of stainless steel. The blades rotation speed is 120 rpm. This unit is able to tenderize or slice meat up to 129 mm wide and 23 mm thick.
